Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data-protection regulations (Data Protection Act, DPA), every person is entitled to protection of their privacy and to protection against abuse of their personal data. We adhere to these regulations. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential, and is not sold to or shared with third parties.

In close co-operation with our hosting providers, we endeavour to protect databases as securely as possible against unauthorised access, loss, abuse and falsification.

The following data is stored in log files when our website is accessed: IP address, date, time, browser query and general transmitted information about the operating system/browser. This usage data forms the basis for anonymous, statistical analyses to identify trends we can use to improve our service accordingly.
